Heathy living

It is important to try to become more alkaline.
I juice celery with cucumber and an apple to sweeten the drink and sometime a few carrots.

Quinoa is so healthy and has been eaten for thousands of years Mayan men eat a lot of it to strengthen them selves for fighting.

Flax seed I grind with the coffee grinder- I have cooked oats and add flax seed and Hemp art which is high in protein.

Hemp heart I add to my breakfast It has lots of protein.

Everyday I add cinnamon in everything.
