I do a juice twice a day. In the morning and at noon.
1.    Beet ½ depend on the size
2.    Kale hand full
3.    Spinach hand full

celery one stick
5.     Apple one small for taste- optional
6.    Cucumber     
I love the color and design- my art piece for health and the eyes.
