A "Miracle Pill" - Today

Imagine a pill so effective and so diverse it could prevent or heal a multiplicity of diseases from the common cold to cancer. It sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? At least for the time-being it does. It may be possible to take such a pill in the future perhaps but, today, such pills belong to the realm of science fiction.
